Can I extend my hotel reservations?
As of now, both of our host hotel room blocks are sold out. We may have a few rooms on cancellations. If you need a hotel room, please contact Caryn Saitz at csaitz@creativestrategicsolutions.com or 617.905.5691.
Can I add a guest to my existing Registration?
You can add a guest and modify your conference registration here.
The cost for a guest is: 25% off the member’s original registration fee.

Need to Cancel your Conference Registration or Hotel?
All Conference registrations are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to someone and need to let us know if you do that. If you need to cancel your hotel room, please contact Caryn Saitz at csaitz@creativestrategicsolutions.com as we have a waiting list for hotel rooms.
Can I use my EO New Member $500 voucher for NERVE?
